What is the CrossFit 101 class at CrossFit Vultus?
Our CF 101 class is a 6 week course designed to help teach you proper form and technique when performing a wide variety of functional movements that we need to be able to use in everyday life. All of our workouts are based on these same functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements found in everyday life; such as picking up groceries, putting stuff away on a shelf in your closet, chasing around your children or grandchildren.
What can you expect in your CF 101 class?
In CF 101 class our overall goal is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness supported by measurable, observable and repeatable results. The program prepares trainees for any physical contingency—not only for the unknown but for the unknowable, too. Our specialty is not specializing. Fitness consists of 10 recognizable domains (Cardiovascular & Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy). Our Program is designed to test and improve in all of these areas.

On top of helping you to reach your fitness goals you will also receive; Nutritional Guidance, Progress Tracking, Accountability, and the ability to belong to a Community who supports and stands by you every step of the way.
When are these classes? And how much do they cost?
CrossFit 101 is a 6-week program offered Tuesday & Thursday mornings at 9:30 am. Currently we do not have a session running. New classes will be starting the beginning of 2019!
