What is the Fundamentals class at CrossFit Vultus?
Our Fundamentals class is designed to transition our new athletes from their one-on-one On-Ramp session to our regular group classes. These classes continue to focus on skill development, safety, and technique, while being in a larger group setting.
What can you expect in a Fundamentals class?
In our Fundamentals classes, you will learn how our daily regular CrossFit classes run and get more familiar with our programming. Fundamentals is also where intensity can safely be added into your workouts while you continue to work on your technique.
When are Fundamentals classes?
CrossFit Fundamentals is offered Monday-Thursday nights at 6:00pm.
