Back to Basic Training 2017

Back to Basic Training is an annual charity event held at the Prairie Athletic Club to benefit local wounded veterans. In addition to generous donations by local sponsors, participants raise funds prior to the event by encouraging donations from friends and family to the Semper Fi Fund or America's Fund.
On the day of this community wide event participants complete a challenging workout while spectators offer support and encouragement. Following the event the participants, donors, sponsors and spectators enjoy special activities, a cookout and live music for the whole family!

C.R.O.W.S. FOUNDATION
The C.R.O.W.S Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to empowering, strengthening, and rehabilitating disabled veterans through a synergistic approach involving adaptive exercise programs that include focus on mindfulness and community.
Specifically, C.R.O.W.S foundation was formed to provide disabled vets with access to exercise settings and classes that motivate and encourage them to become part of a community. C.R.O.W.S Foundation uses a group of physical therapists, personal trainers, coaches, and sports psychologist to accomplish this.
