On-Ramp

Brand new to CrossFit? We've got you covered.

What is the On-Ramp program at CrossFit Vultus?
Our On-Ramp is an introductory course that will expose you to some of the movements we do and explain the why behind our program. There are 3 sessions where you will meet one-on-one with a coach. These sessions will teach you all you need to know about doing CrossFit and our Community at CrossFit Vultus. you will be introduced to safety, technique and mechanics of the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit. Once you have learned these things, intensity will be added into your program.  You will also be learning the basics of what CrossFit is all about, including those weird acronyms we use like "AMRAP", "EMOM", or "T2B". Upon completion of the one-on-one sessions you will be able to  take your first class.

Who is the Onramp Program for?
Onramp is for anyone new to CrossFit or anyone who is joining our community and needs a refresher.

How much does Onramp cost?
Our Onramp program is $99 for a single package or $164 for a couples package. After you complete the program you will then have the option of joining the community.  

What will I be doing in each OnRamp Session?
Each OnRamp session is set up to flow just like our classes do. Each day starts off with a general warm up, a dynamic warm up, and then activation work. Next, you will learn the skills for the day. This portion makes up a bulk of the time.

What if I have an injury?
We are sorry to hear that but not a problem. The beauty of CrossFit is that it can be adjusted, scaled, or modified to fit anyone’s needs. In Onramp we can come up with a plan on how to accommodate any injuries.

I have heard that CrossFit is dangerous, is it?
Anything done incorrectly can be dangerous. By going through our OnRamp program, you are learning the correct way to move and approach workouts. Once you enter into classes you are under the watchful eye of a coach whose sole purpose is to push you outside your comfort zone while maintaining a safe environment. CrossFit done correctly is not dangerous.

My significant other would like to do OnRamp as well, can they?
For sure! We do partner OnRamps for couples or friends. Check out our membership options.
